Welcome to Russian Book Buy — an online store for Russian-language books with worldwide delivery. By using russianbookbuy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Orders / Заказы
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Since most Russian-language books are ordered directly from publishers on your behalf, Russian Book Buy reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

2. Pricing / Цены
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Russian Book Buy is not registered for GST — prices shown are GST-free. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Delivery / Доставка
Delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery time for Russian books with worldwide shipping is 6–10 weeks. Russian Book Buy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Условия доставки описаны в нашей Политике доставки. Стандартный срок доставки русских книг по всему миру — 6–10 недель. Мы не несём ответственности за задержки, вызванные таможней или почтовыми службами.
4. Cancellations / Отмена заказа
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hellobookbuy@gmail.com. After 24 hours, the order has been submitted to the publisher and cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns / Возврат
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures.

Russian Book Buy is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by sanctions, export restrictions, geopolitical events, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. In case of discrepancy between the Russian and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
